manner.
• It provides an interaction between users and digital
information.
• It is a medium of communication.
• Some of the sectors where multimedia is used extensively
are education, business presentations, advertising and
documentaries.

Rich content can be described as a form of digital advertising
that normally includes audio, visuals, or any element that
encourages viewers to engage and interact with the content
being provided.
Some examples of rich content are:
