commercials. The
software helps to
create perfect
layering of the sound
files.

Audacity is a free audio editor and recorder for
Windows and other operating systems, this is a
quick, easy way for DJ's to record live radio
shows and upload them up as podcasts on
websites such as sound cloud for people who
missed the show or want to listen again at a
different time. One flaw in the audacity software
is lack of updates as it is managed by a group of
volunteers.
5. ADOBE AUDITION
Adobe Audition is a digital
audio workstation from the
adobe systems featuring
both a multitrack, non
destructive approach
waveform editing view. This
would be used during the
show to change the way
certain things sound. From
this software the DJ would
be able to manipulate the
sounds that would be preset
for them such as Jingles and
promotional commercials.
