The Corporate Controller is searching for a talented Plant Controller. This is an extremely visible
role which will utilize your; approximate 7 years of high growth manufacturing experience to
partner with the Plant Manager in operating a $100M facility. The Plant Manager will rely on
your skills in cost analysis to generate an accurate cost system, overseeing G/L, forecasting,
budgeting, planning, closing and operations. The Plant Manager is looking for you to partner
with him on operational analysis to assist in make business leading decisions and assist in
implementing those decisions.
Your direct line is to the Corporate Controller who will look for your assistance with:
·Creation of improving and implementing a standard cost system
·Operational issues
·Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting
·Pricing and Profitability Analysis
This position offers a diverse set of responsibilities that will challenge you and give you the
opportunity to expand your skills. Compensation is approximate $100K base and full benefits.
Your background should consist of:
·BS/BA degree in accounting
·Accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
·Standard Cost Accounting
