3. How big are the advertisements?
The advertisements are big enough in the newspaper, unlike the magazine DPS’s, they are
limited on the size in which they can present.The conventions make the advertisement
what it is especially in the ad. For example the headline to this layout can be found at the
top of the page.
Colour?
The colour of a newspaper is traditionally black and white therefore the scheme consists
of these two shades.Therefore the ad needs to abide by the scheme however the black
and white colour can still be used effectively. For example, the black and white can be
made bald to stand out as important information.
Layouts?
The layout presents one side of text and one main image. Below this image there is
further space for added text..This layout is effective for they compliment each other
because there is a fair amount of information with the image.

The type of language used in this newspaper advertisement must be associated with the
audience. For example the age that will be viewing this advert.
The space used?
The space used has been thought about thoroughly. Such as, the header, the text below
the image and the main image on the right hand side of the page.What type of headlines
are there?
The type of headline in the advertisement has been also looked at thoroughly in mainly
size, as the headline is arguably the, the most important convention to be considered.The
baldness allows the headline to truly be presented above all of the other text.
