- 5. About 5R ● 5S/5R adalah metode penataan dan pemeliharaan wilayah kerja secara insentif yang berasal dari Jepang yang digunakan dalam usaha memelihara ketertiban, efisiensi dan disiplin dilokasi kerja sekaligus meningkatkan kinerja secara menyeluruh.

Struktur harus disusun lengkap dengan pembagian tugas 2. Penerapan a.Pelatihan 5S/5R agar memahami tugas, tujuan dan kegiatan- kegiatannya. b.Promosi agar diterima karyawan sebagai media informasi yang berkunjung ke tempat kerja
