The document summarizes activities from an Erasmus+ meeting in Pyrgos, Greece about student entrepreneurship. Students learned how to produce balsamic vinegar from grapes. They designed labels and brochures to market their vinegar product. They also planned and filmed a television advertisement to promote their balsamic vinegar. The activities aimed to help students start their own business ventures.

1. Producing Balsamic Vinegar
Grape syrup
We boil the grape juice for a long time until it becomes a sweet, thick syrup
We use it for pastry instead of sugar.
Vinegar (Making of)
It is made of old sour wine
We pour warm water into the wine (10 lt of wine and 1.5 lt of water)
We add vinegar yeast or a little pasta or a slice of bread (we need fungi)
We put it in a barrel, not sealed, so as to “breath” and let it sit for 3
months.
Our vinegar is ready!
Balsamic vinegar (making of)
We transfer the vinegar in a large kettle
We warm it up a little
We add grape syrup and stir it
When it is well stirred, we remove it from the fire
We fill the bottles with our balsamic vinegar.
Excellent for green salads and marinades!
