The Partner Certification Program was rolled out during the Infinity Software 2014 User Group Conference on September 4, 2014. Our new and existing partners will now be able to complete the new certification program and maximize the ability to prospect, sell, implement, consult,
and serve your end customers using InfinityHR. Working together for mutual success, you will get the
competencies you need to quickly drive opportunities and build revenue for your practice.

5. Partner Program Requirements
Upon acceptance into the program, Partners must abide by program terms and
conditions.
Certified Partners must successfully complete required competency training and
achieve accompanying assessment (if provided) with a score of 80%+.
Certified Partners are required to have someone within their organization complete the
offered competencies. These competencies can be completed by one or more people
within the organization. For Partners with only one employee, that employee must hold
competencies in required Partner program.
One second attempt at an assessment is provided at no cost. Additional assessment
attempts incur a $200 fee (pre-approval from ISS is required for additional attempts).
Certified Partners must complete annual renewal of competency and recertification
testing, when required.
