Violence against women is recognised as a major impediment to the
rights of women to participate fully in the society.

been forced to accept reduced benefits as they are soft target.

It is important that the extent, nature and root causes of such violence are well-
documented. By analyzing such information, concrete steps can be taken, both
legal and charitable, to reduce the occurrence of such violence and reduce its
effects.
For all the political parties it should be mandatory to nominate at least 33% of

There should be more no. of women officer and constables for patrolling in
areas nearby universities and colleges and for investigating women cases.
Strict laws should be made in regard of women crimes.
Plan of fast trial court should come in trend as soon as possible.
It is not enough to pass laws that mandate reporting women insecurity &
arresting batterers. We have to be alert that any kind of violence is not going into
our surrounding.
Awareness programme should be conducted in rural areas by street plays etc.

First of all education taught them about their rights and
taught them there is no need of getting suppressed by any of
the act done by anyone.
