3. PROBLEM STATEMENT
SCOPE:-
1. Developing quality in primary education will construct path for better future.
2. Developing children’s skills based knowledge will help in developing India.
3. The level of quality education should be brought at par with that of urban schools.

4. CAUSES & REASONS:-
1. Inadequate facility to implement the village
education.
2. Insufficient number of modern schools with world
class facilities in urban areas.
3. Less participations of corporate world towards
primary educations.
4. Misinterpretation and wrong fully implementation
of government policies and schemes in remote
areas.
5. Exploitation of human resource.

5. PROPOSED SOLUTION
• Organization or corporate sector can adopt some villages to enhance
their quality of education to meet the global level.
• IITians and IIMs should be duly appointed by the central or state government
in associated with corporate world to mentor the adopted villages and they
would also assist in administrating the panchyat raj under gram pradhan so
that the prescribed schemes and policies will be implemented in a crystal and
optimal manner.
MERITS:-
• Pleasure replaces pressure in education.
• Villagers have the in born quality of athletes and have bright brain in compare
to urban residents
• IITians and IIMs should be duly appointed by the central or state government
in associated with corporate world to mentor the adopted villages and they

and show their generosity in developing world class primary
schools.

this specific purpose as national and social welfare .
• Government funding through taxes to boost finances with
special packages from IMF & world bank to built at rapid
motion.
• Use of social events and programmes like KBC could come
handy.
