Job Description:
As an Analyst my task is to Quality Check for 4 of the Operation Executives (OE’s) assigned to
me and also to give prompt and effective resolution for any queries raised.
Support a team in achieving Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Auditing and verifying/reviewing the accounts of team on daily and monthly basis, also
providing proper and prompt solutions on issues as and when required.
Identify potential areas of improvement and preparing structured plan for implementation.

Risk and compliances which include preparing and implementing various checklist and
documentation process to make sure that operations risk and financial risk should be
minimum.
Active participation in training new analysts as well as operations executive.
Working closely with Team Leader and Management, Maintaining co-ordination between
manager and team members.

Job Description:
As we provide accounting services to the client our role is to understand client requirement
and then accordingly provide the reports. In the process we provide general services and also
customized services.
Resolving Proofs (Unit and cash breaks) and Exceptions between custody and accounting
systems.
Calculate the NAV after calculating all income, expenses, receivables and payables. Analyze
the performance of portfolio against the benchmark.
Contact investment managers to resolve the reconciled differences.
Prepare timely and accurate audited statements for clients.
Minimization of the risk related to the database of confidential financial information.
As a part of reconciliation team we need to check for any discrepancy between Custody,
Accounting and IM record, if there is any then we need to resolve this by interacting with
relevant teams like corporate actions team, settlements team, cash team, pricing team etc.
Responsible to see whether the entries are booked with correct tax codes so that the accurate
reports are provided to the clients.
As per client specification we do pricing for the securities also check if all securities are price
correctly so portfolio is valued correctly. Pricing securities on monthly basis (Hedge,
Commingled & Mutual Fund).
Ordering the monthly reports and sending to client after completion of month end.
