OBJECTIVE I am currently available to work having recently completed a project as
a site manager for Barrier Fire Protection, a world renowned company
in its field. I have the responsibility of supervising 90+ workers which
included, Foreman, Fire proofers, Blasters and Painters.
My duties whilst on site include liaising with the client’s senior
management to plan and execute the necessary work effectively,
whilst keeping it cost effective and profitable for my employer.
I look forward to continuing to progress in my career and support
potential future employers in what has become a very competitive and
challenging market and I regard myself as a successful supervisor who has
the necessary skills and knowledge to make any project succeed.
SKILLS & ABILITIES Overthe last 24years, and 12 years in a supervisory position, Ihavegained a
great amount of experience inthe applicationof adiverserange of coatings
and fireproofingsystems, thevastmajority has been in the installationof
insulationforthe oil, gas and energy generating industries.
I am a chartek qualified inspector and have been responsible for the
training and supervision of local labour on worldwide projects, I’m
more than capable running a project successfully and using my own
initiative whilst demonstrating the organizational and qualities
required to meet tight deadlines.
At all times I keep a professional business manner and approach to my
work. I protect and keep strict control of my employer’s products and
equipment using my own observation skills, I also use my product
knowledge to help keep business profits high whilst keeping
customers happy and willing to keep their business with us.

2. EXPERIENCE I have experience in all types of surface preparation, painting systems and their application.
In my career I have gained vast experience in various fire protection products: Mandolite
550, Fendolite M11, Chartek 59, Chartek III, Chartek IV, Chartek VII, Chartek 8, Chartek
1709, Chartek Castings, Intertherm 7050, Pitt Char XP, Firetex M90, Firetex M89,
Conterthorm.
I have previously worked for Aaronite, Global, Stork, Tees Marine, V Offshore, on various
projects in Algeria, Nigeria, South Africa, Equatorial guinea, Papa new guinea, Mexico, and
on various platforms in the north and southern sectors of the north sea and on various
petrochemical plants throughout Europe.
