We would like to take this opportunity to
introduce our company and offer our
services for any aspects of fire protection
that may be required by your organization.
Our Company specialises in full turnkey
solutions for fire protection and detection
industries including design, fabrication,
supply, installation, commissioning, and
maintenance. Examples of previous types
of systems we have installed are, but not

Rooms, Substations and MCC’s.

Proactive Fire Solutions was established in
May 2013 and is based in Modderfontein.
The company was established with the
quest to fill the knish market we at Proactive
Fire Solutions specialise in. Since our
establishment we have already exceeded
all expectations for growth into the market
and trading internationally. As a specialist
fire company we specialise in Special Risk
Applications, Commercial Applications, Oil
and Gas Installations and Petrochemical
Installations. Our specialist designers which
have been trained and certified in Fire
detection and Fire Suppression Systems
are listed with FDIA and SAQCC governing
bodies in South Africa. The small office is
responsible for business throughout South
Africa and Africa, and manages all the
aspects of successfully completing a
Fire Protection Contract, including sales,
estimating, design, accounting, contracts
and administration. The belief to provide
a professional service to our clients is the
underlying driving force that has seen
Proactive Fire Solutions success.
Our key staff has the equivalent of
65 years combined in the fire industry. Our
backgrounds are all based from previous
fire companies carrying key positions which
assisted in the decision to establish Proactive
Fire Solutions. With the knowledge of key
alliance partners and consultants we are
currently busy with multiple contracts all over
South Africa and Africa.

3. These projects have numerous disciplines
in one contract. These consist of Fire
Detection to Archives combined with
Fire Suppression Systems which consists
of Pyroshield Gas Suppression Systems. A
combination of Addressable Fire Detection
and Conventional Fire Detection systems are
used. We also use early warning devices like
Cirrus Pro’s and VESDA’s in Server Rooms and
high risk areas.
In addition we also cover conveyor belt
detection which integrates to the fire deluge
systems. We are capable of monitoring all
mechanical fire suppression systems and
networking them back to a central control
room.
COMPANY PROFILE
Proactive Fire Solutions PTY (Ltd) was
established May 2013, and has shown rapid
growth in becoming one of the key installers
of fixed Fire Protection Systems in South
Africa. Our turnover for this financial year will
exceed R 30,000,000.00.
Proactive Fire Solutions have numerous
personnel in their employment with
experience in all fields of water supply
installation, smoke detection systems,
gas suppression systems and special risk
protection installation.
Our company is a registered firm with
SAQCC and our drawing office is fully
networked with the latest CAD software.
We have immense experience with Eskom
Power Stations, the Petroleum Industry and
all the major mining companies: ASSMANG,
ANGLO Coal, Modikwa Minerals and ARM.
Our engineering and design is all done at
our Office in Modderfontein. Our senior staff
members have a collective experience in
the fire engineering and design industry of
over 65 years.
All our site installation teams (sub-
contractors) are contracted to PFS only. We
have sufficient resources available to take
on additional projects.
