etc with the new SI-Folder Reports
Module, using the data and images
available in the open EMM Folder.
This module allows the user, based
on security, to not only display
and/or print a report but also allows
the user to save the report that was
printed to the Folder tree.
Reports are created from the
query data at the grid line rather
than inside an open folder.
Grid Reports can be exported as
pdf, MS Word, Excel or
PowerPoint files. Print one record
per page or multiple records per
page.
OR
Create Batch reports using your
existing folder reports and
download all the reports created
from the grid query into a single
pdf or create a separate report for
each folder included in the query
that will be saved to each folder.
SI-Grid Reports
Easily create/edit reports using ANY available data found in MS Access, XML, OLE, MS
SQL, or ODBC databases. Data in this option is not limited to the data determined by
the ITX queries. The ability to View/Print Reports is based on the user’s level of
Security.
