This study examined the effectiveness of natural adsorbents for removing Crystal Violet dye from water. Three adsorbents were tested: Citrullus lanatus peel and rind, and Citrus limetta peel. Experiments were conducted with varying contact times (60, 90, 120 minutes) and initial dye concentrations (50-125 mg/L). Citrullus lanatus rind removed 52.2% of dye at 50 mg/L in 60 minutes and 67.7% in 120 minutes. Citrullus lanatus peel effectively removed 67.4% and 65% of dye at 75 mg/L and 100 mg/L in 60 minutes, but required 120 minutes to remove 58.8%
