However, this could not be more wrong. First off, all of the employees in other nations who flock to Wal–Mart's factories have the choice to do so.
Even though the wages paid in third world nations is inconceivable in United States, those wages will still increase the employee's income, which in
turn increases the employee's standard of living. The increases in standards of living will lead to economic innovations and increased productivity
/efficiency. This process of evolving mirrors that same steps that the United States went through in its early beginnings as well. Secondly, critics want
Wal–Mart to enforce labor laws in its overseas factories that are consistent with United States. However, Vedder refutes this demand stating, "We have
no more right to expect Wal–Mart to enforce Chinese labor laws than the Chinese have the right to enforce ours" (Vedder). Clearly, this criticism is
without reason and impossible. In addition, the regulations and laws in third world countries are not kept up to date as well as in America, not

Many people may ask the same question. "Is Wal–Mart good for the economy?" or even "What are Wal–Mart's standards for suppliers?" Wal–Mart
currently has over 4,000 stores in the United Stated and about over 3,000 internationally. As many people may know, Wal
–Mart is the largest retailer in
the world. In the year of 2004 Wal–Mart had accounted for 6.5 percent of the retail sales. The wellbeing and prosperity of specialists over their

consumers when they take part economically. When people make these decisions at Walmart it is good for America because they pay well,
competition isn't necessary, and globalization helps everyone. A job paying minimum wage not only sounds unattractive, it is in many ways

Globalization. There is a large opportunity cost for lower prices; Walmart offsets this by always buying, or producing, from the cheapest option. By
outsourcing to specialized countries they provide both, for our domestic economy, and the economy of the specialized people in the trade. The quote
"If a factory in Mexico can produce it for cheaper, I would argue the company has a moral obligation to its customers – which typically are the poorest
demographic in the United States – to buy from it.(2)" puts it nicely. If Walmart can find a lower price somewhere, it will. Bringing it's money to
bear. This is all done with consideration to our well being. Walmart has enough money to pay themselves, their employees, pass more savings to
us, and then provide work to people across the world. By reaching out, more people have access to Walmart's affordable goods; this will provide
for many people who wouldn't otherwise gotten a chance. Walmart is good for America because, they give higher pay, they have the best prices for
everyone, and reach out globally to make better offers. They take much care of their craft. Personal experiences with Walmart have been positive.
Seldom has a problem not been solved within minutes, a price not satisfying, or a cheaper option overseas not taken. They know what they're doing,
