They will not use much tech and will only receive online calls, they can

problems or replace broken materials.
Help e-Shops manage sales activities, livestream, answer questions from
shoppers.

Social distancing makes it impossible for many
people to ask for the support of people with
specialized knowledge to fix highly skilled problems
