Summary of the plan to help the unemployed to generate income in the event of
social distancing
Presented in the following order:
1. Workers Analyst 2. Strategic Plan 3. Execution Phases
Analyze groups of workers and their behavior to
come up with a plan suitable for each group
Connect employees with the right brands, show
how they will connect and generate income with
brands
The phases in which the brand will reach out to
employees, train them and help them generate
income
CONTEXT/ FACTS

● Among people who lost their jobs, the group aged 31 to 45 who lost their
jobs accounted for the most, with about 69.4%; the group of unemployed
people from 16 to 30 years old accounted for 16.3%; The unemployed group
from 46 to 60 years old accounted for about 13.2% and the group of
unemployed people over 60 years old accounted for about 1.2%.
● Of the 26,378 survey respondents who answered that they are currently
employed, 42% of the respondents said that their form of work is
completely online, nearly 29% of the respondents are working with 50% of
the time online and 50 % of the respondents. % of time at work. Nearly
15% said they work 100% of the time at work. Among workers who are
employed, only 7% work under the "3-on-the-spot" model.
According to a survey by the Private Economic Development Research Board (Board IV) of the Prime Minister's Advisory

Build a hotline call “Answer Now”. Where people can ask questions when
they need skilled professionals to help with. Ex: plumber fixing, lights
fixing, mechanic issues,...
They will not use much tech and will only receive online calls, they can
also recommend product from e-Commerce sites to help callers fix their
problems or replace broken materials.
Help e-Shops manage sales activities, livestream, answer questions from
shoppers.
Coordinate with shops to manage logistics, content writing in-app,
identity design, and visual editing for the shop.
Social distancing makes it impossible for many
people to ask for the support of people with
specialized knowledge to fix highly skilled problems
such as electrical repair, computer repair. Support
from people with expertise will be timely and
necessary. Besides, it also helps e-commerce
businesses sell house materials.
They can support shops to solve problems
manually, helping the shop operate more smoothly.
They are qualified and will easily adapt to jobs that
require Internet/Social Network skills, and
additional software.

online.

job placement and 11.3% want to receive training sessions to
improve their skills.

collaborating with businesses.

opportunities and encourage them to join training
sessions in order to work
● Open registration for workers who want to
generate income
