4. iE wants to maintain close relationship with the well-
established providers/intermediates of interim
management services (companies in the domain of
search and selection, consultancy and project/program
management).
An iE partner can also have direct relationship with a
user of interim management services.
iE is not a party (personal or legal) between iE partner
and the interim management provider or the end client.
6. Candidate partners have to:
◦ Comply with partner criteria
Made a deliberate and long term choice for a carreer as independent/self
employed manager, and has a company registered for this activity
Min. 10 years experience on CXO level, with budget-, P&L and “people”
responsibility
A proven track record of achievements, backed up by references
Education on Master level or equivalent by experience
Language skills: min. NL, FR, EN
◦ Pass the Acceptance Committee and be approved by the partner
meeting
◦ Subscribe and sign the iE partner agreement and code of conduct
◦ Have attended the Master class “Mastering Interim Management”,
and equivalent program or have the intention to participate in
such a program within 2 years from start of iE membership
7. We share and develop our competences:
Identify our individidual competences (“go-to-market”
profiling)
Share mutual experiences (project testimonials)
Share market information (talk of the town, document
sharing)
Share relevant information and experiences (a.o. via
external speakers at Partner meetings)
Use project- and interim management methodologies
Use mutually our complementary Partners’
competences, and share Partners’ networks
Mutual coaching or help during assignments
8. We strive to reach the occupancy rate each iE Partner
desires by:

9. Cost sharing/saving through:
group adherence to associations (VOKA, ETION exVKW…)
group purchases (access to Trends Top100.000, De Tijd newspaper…)
group subscription to professional liability insurance
10. 1) iExecutives has processes in place to guarantee the
professional excellence of the Partners.
2) All candidate Partners are screened by professional
managers, including reference checks. Achieved results
are verified and updated.
3) All Partners are insured with a professional liability
insurance.
11. 4) iExecutives Partners (interim managers) comply to
following quality requirements:
• Chosen for a professional carreer and having a company registration as independent
manager.
• Min. 10 year experience on CxO level, in functions with budget, or P&L
responsibility, and people responsibility.
• A proven track record of achievements, backed-up by references.
• Speak the language of boards of directors and management teams.
• Education on Master level, or equivalent by experience.
• Certificate of Master class “Mastering Interim Management”, an equivalent
program, or the intention to partipate in such a program within 2 years from the
start of the iE membership.
• Be at least trilingual NL, E, FR.
• Subscribe the iE partner agreement and Code of Conduct.
12. 5) iExecutives secures its Partner’s professional
excellence through permanent development through its
“best in practice process”:
Organisation of seminars and workshops with external
speakers around topics relevant for the interim management
profession
Sharing of knowledge and experience acquired during
assignments
Mutual coaching or help during execution of assignments
Exchange of market intelligence, management trends etc
13. 6) Our go-to-market policy:
iExecutives is exclusively an association for it’s partners.
Hence, iExecutives is not an intermediary party for non
partners, nor an intermediary party beween partners and end
customers. Since iExecutives is not an intermediary party
between interim manager and customer, it has no legal,
contractual or financial stake in this relationship.
iExecutives does not prospect actively to end customers.
iExecutives is therefore not a member of Federgon.
