I think that conducting a personal interview like this was a great way to gain knowledge. When I talked with Mr. McCaskill, I learned a lot of things,
most of them way beyond just the questions given to ask. We talked of different things that he experienced and many things that he has learned and
researched over the years. It was very suprising, to be truthful, and we were actually able to carry very interesting conversations about the explosion.
When it came to the community and the people around me, I learned a lot of how they acted during the time and somethings that they could have been
thinking. Mr. McCaskill told me about the jokes his high school classmates made when the first nuclear explosion happened in Pennsyvania and how it
thought it was funny that they made fun of the Soviets and later married one. He let me in on how people were worried about the Soviets, them
gaining power, but when they saw the terrible safety haziards that caused the explosion, the feelings changed. Of course they felt sympathtic but to the

By interviewing someone on their personal experiences, it gives the person listening a chance to see something through another's eyes. In all reality,
there is the possibility that the person might remember something wrong and after that, others may learn history wrong. Even with this, just listening to

From my personal experience, as a student a person who research about students and on how they become successful is very interesting, for me, it's
exceptional to study for your classes while working concentrated. That's how students become successful to me, and it doesn't matter if you're going to
a normal or same single–sex school as long as you are able to learn what you need in order to live a normal life. I go to a school where there are males

Everyone has different challenge in his/her life ,and he/she may have different view on the same thing. Therefore, people will have different
goals which they are eager to achieve. Based on what my life looks like and what I need in my life, my behavior change is to exercise at least one

For a community that witnesses a lot of conflict during each year Ardoyne is full of people who love to chat and help out whatever why they can.
The older generation in particular take pride in their 'what's mine is yours' attitude. While taking this picture an old lady quietly asked me if I was a
tourist. I replied laughing telling her no. she went on to tell me that she walked her granddaughter to school through the protesters each morning
while it lasted. In that time she had to endure spitting and urine filled balloons being hurled at her by the protesters. She also talked about the day a
pipe bomb was thrown at the parents and children of the school. She said she 'wouldn't wish it on anyone' as she slowly walked off. I couldn't help

With regards to my personal life, I have been particularly blessed to have experienced a joyful and easy–going life. I was born and raised in Santa

My Personal Life On My Life
Priorities When I began to contemplate the possibility to go back to school, I knew I had to make some major changes in my personal life in order
to make school a priority. I don't tend to go out to social events often, because I prefer to relax in my place, spend time with my family and go
shopping. However, one day I was invited to an event and from that event, a lot of other events followed. I became part of a social group that
constantly were doing different activities all the time. Facebook and Instagram crawled in, and I was spending too much of my time, trying to keep up

Society has had a limited impact on my lifestyle, mostly because I despise trends. The largest trends I despise are rap and hip–hop and the clothing,
attitudes, and type of speech that that type of 'music' is breeding. I chose to steer away from that crowd, but it may also be because I live my life

One of the most highly debated issues in the business world is the use of social media profiles as a determining factor in the hiring process. Some
people feel that using someone's social media profile is an invasion of privacy because it uses something from their personal life to determine their
professional success. As long as the company follows some basic guidelines I believe there is nothing wrong with them looking into the profiles of their
potential employees. It is important to point out that while looking at many of the different ethical ideologies, this practice does not violate the

The Importance Of Community Profiling
Being a police chief in a city of 25,000 is already a big job with a lot of responsibilities. Once the government added another 500 without any advance
notice or additional assistance it makes the job a lot tougher. As chief of police I would take a look at the demographic changes the community is about
to experience or preform community profiling. We already know why the city is about to go through a major growth of 500 people with refugee status
however, it is best to see what ethnicity these people will be coming from. This community profiling will create a demographic analysis of the incoming
population in regards to national origin, race, and religion (Shusta, Levine, Wong, Olson, Harris, 2015). It can also help inform the community and law

My Life
I was born in San Jose, Costa Rica, and moved to California when I was very young. Before I moved to California my dad traveled back and forth for 2
or 3 yrs from California and back to Costa Rica. He spent most of his time working in the Fresno area, in the cities of Tulare, and Visalia. He says he

I was in ESL programs until I entered junior high school. Learning the language, and trying to keep up with the class work was a challenge for me.
Having friends who spoke my language, and the English language as well was an advantage I had. Having that extra help and support really made my
school experience challenging, but exciting as well.
Remembering the support I received from those friends creates a need in me to do the same for other people. I don't only believe that the support that I
can give to migrant students as a Mini–Corps student will help them in succeeding in school, but I believe that an appreciation for school can be
gained as well, and hopefully bring insight for continuing their studies beyond high school. As I improved in my English I also grew an interest in
writing. I enjoyed my English classes, along with my math classes too. My interest grew and grew, and I joined summer girl programs. After

My Teenage Years
My teenage years were a rollercoaster. For the most part, I had a lot of growing up to do and to figure out my future ahead of me. Like most
teenagers, I was mainly focused on my own difficulties and great moments. Many times, I found myself in complicated situations ashamed to talk
about. This course and textbook, Adolescent psychology, allowed me to reflect on my teenage year. There are better ways to explain the aspects in
my younger years. I will be going over my family, friends and even myself to analyze my adolescent years. There were more supportive answers to
explain a few of my teenage years. As well as, issues most teenagers have gone through. There are also explanations on relations with family and friends
playing a role through my youth. The importance and impact it can have on young adults. There always growth and development going throughout our
lives.
I think the unusual part was my parent's relationship. They were not together but lived together. This often threw off relations with each other. My
dad at moved out but then moved back in because of immigration. This brought my parents back together once they figured out the legal orders. Yet,
a year went by and the relationship did not seem to work out. At the time I thought it would be best if my parents would separate. I grew frustrated
my mom would use the excuse that they were together because of us. Honestly, that hurt me more than wanting them to stay together. If they were not
happy together what's the point of having them together? I told my parents at one point they did not have to do it for us. I remember my brother
crying but of the idea of my father moving away rather than them not being together. In the textbook, there are advantages of them staying together
because of economically reasons (287). But my father had his own problems that dragged us down. There were more pros to my parents divorcing
right away then trying to stay together. If it is economic reason is why most people stayed my mother used because of the children for financial
reasoning and not the emotional toll on us. I believe the unusual part was the lack of family attention. My relationship with my family was
