  2. “Makes company success a priority to employees” Employees recommend improvements Proactive thinking Sometimes it’s easy for management to overlook the importance of employee engagement because management is already fully engaged. Recognize as a member of Sr. Leadership/management, likely, part of the reason why you’re there is because you’re already fully engaged and may not have needed any extra outside push to get there. However, staff and other employees may need that extra spark. Give it to them.
