This document discusses the advantages of V-wire rainwater harvesting (RWH) systems compared to conventional RWH systems. V-wire filter screens are more effective at filtering suspended solids from raw water without clogging. They are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel for a long lifespan. V-wire screens have a very large percentage of open area to allow maximum water flow with minimal head loss. This improves RWH system efficiency over time compared to conventional slotted pipes.

3. What is VEE WIRE Filter Screens?
VEE-Wire Filter Screens are fabricated in
Pipe Form from Wires.
All Welded Wedge Wires Screen is made
from 2 elements - outside V-shape Wire and
inside Longitudinal Rods.
The V-shaped Wire is spirally wrapped on a
cage made of Longitudinal Rods.
The intersecting of shaped wire and rod is
welded through each other by resistance
welding. Due to resistance welding the weld
joined is very strong.
