Slots on a Blind Pipe. Instead, it is Manufactured by A Very
Special, Fully Computerized Process.
A Continuous Profile Wire is Spirally Wound around Series
Of Longitudinal Support Rods.

Fusion Welded on Computerized Machine to Impart High

The Spacing between Two Adjacent Turns Of Profile Wire is

VEE-Wire Screens are fabricated in Pipe Form from
Wires.
All Welded Wedge Wires Screen is made from 2
elements - outside V-shape Wire and inside
Longitudinal Rods.
The V-shaped Wire is spirally wrapped on a cage made
of Longitudinal Rods.
The intersecting of shaped wire and rod is welded
through each other by resistance welding. Due to
resistance welding the weld joined is very strong.

Made from Stainless Steel and suitable for acid treatment to remove
incrustation, chocking of gravels which ensures long life of bore well.
Produces jetting effect to inject recharge water into the aquifer.
The V-shaped wire produce non clogging type slots.
The slots are widening inside (inflow directions) due to this design no
sand particles get any way to stick in the slot.
This contributes to well efficiency & consistent output for number of
years.

More than 2 times effective open area (compared to any slotted
pipes) gives maximum recharge rate at minimum frictional head loss
which also reduces incrustation rate.
The manufacturing process gives CONTINUOUS SLOTS across the
periphery of screen which gives more open area than any type of
slotted pipes or punched pipe.
More open area helps to reduce entry velocity & resulting to more
entry of water with reduce head loss and pumping head.
