Reflection Of Daily Writing
I have a grown as a reader in these past few months by looking through the four main lenses, Community and Society, Human Nature, Interpersonal
Relationships, and Nature. I also learned to analyze narration as it is a beacon for what the author is trying to get to the reader. I will breakdown
why I chose the pieces I chose in my final portfolio in this final reflection. To start off my portfolio I wanted to insert my first dailywriting. I provided
good thoughts on Editha, but it was off topic to the question and I didn't talk about the narration at all. I want to show where I started and how I
have improved, so my first daily writing that I got a 0/10 on I thought would show my growth. My second piece I chose, which is about To Build a
Fire by Jack London, which I believe shows my development in analyzing narration. When the story was wrote, Alaska was a new territory for
people to explore and was filled with mystery. I wrote that this was one of the reasons that the hiker went out on his own in such dangerous
conditions along with trying to be the manliest man. Jack London tried to portray this through his narration. My third piece was from my first essay

During this evaluation, I have learned a lot about how others perceive me on a daily basis. It has helped me realize some major improvements I
can make. One considerable weakness is my leadership skills. I tend to sit back and follow as others make the decisions for the group. Relating to

I have been doing Daily Writing for about ten months now. I started writing from the first day I stepped into my ERWC class. The Daily Writing
Activity is when the teacher writes a famous quote on the board and the class then has to reflect on quote in our own words. When I first started it

Over the past month, I have been keeping track of my daily spending. I have also gone through and labeled each transaction as one of three options:
fixed, variable, or discretionary. I then, calculated my average daily balance, minimum balance, and maximum balance for the month. What I found
was, that this month was an outlier in terms of spending money for me and that my spending habit is more than likely very skewed compared to others
due to my current living situation.
November Breakdown
For the month of November, my bank account had a starting balance of $558.06. At this time, I was coming off of paying off my vehicle loan and
buying out my new phone the month before. Those purchases were for around $2,500.00, which is why my starting balance for the month was
relatively low. My total income for the month was $1,019.79 which just includes my two paychecks for November. My total subtractions for last
month was $1.099.01 which is definitely higher than usual, this is because of larger purchases I made on Black Friday. The ending balance was
$478.84 and my average daily balance for the month was right around $610.00.
Transactions

All that effort you have to put into your work which will not actually help in real life appears pointless to me though. I tend to struggle in lessons
making it incredibly hard for me to concentrate and so I've adopted the title of class idiot! That is in a good sense.
There are a few good points about school do not get me wrong, break times are the best part of the day, especially with the wonderful fresh air! Just
joking, it's the only time I really get to catch up with my friends (and an opportunity to finish that Maths homework I forgot to do!), basically having

My Day I wake up every morning with a shock, my mum knocking at the door and shouting,
"Time for a shower." I'm always tired in the mornings and find getting up for a shower really horrible, though it does a good job of waking me up and

this is that you have lots of people surrounding you begging for food. Most people would probably just say "No", but I have real problems with
saying "No" and more often than not half my food is devoured by these hungry beasts.

Well, my schedule during the week is usually focused at school or at home. My weeks are never smooth and I usually have a lot of homework because
I am taking 18 units. I specifically handle all my day to day things by the first study and do my homework before I go play a video game, sleep, or eat.
My days feel very structured and I usually tried to prepare and do all my homework at least 1 week ahead. That way I have a bit more time to study for

Today with all the multicultural shopping opportunities people of all backgrounds patron other culture groups businesses. Multicultural businesses
affect our lives by giving us opportunities to experience different market places and learn a different traditions or ways that make our lives more
productive. The workplace has become one of the biggest multicultural settings. Almost half of the work force in the United States is made up of
minorities. There are many advantages to having this percentage of people from different cultures throughout our workplace. One is the increase in
creativeness. Not only in products that are being created but in the developing of an approach to solving problems. "Other cultures can offer
insightful alternatives" (EthoConnect). Another way in which the workplace is affected by this is in productivity and attitudes. When people of all
cultures pull together to reach a common goal there are less limited boundaries and there are more global understanding that are used to help reach
the world's market place; creating a larger market for products. With this change in productivity in the workplace is more desirable and enjoyable for
