like to visit - this can be real or imaginary
● Write a 1-3 sentence description of what you

musician you enjoy

21. Project Requirements:
● Develop an artwork that will challenge you
creatively
● Write a 1-3 sentence description of what you
plan to create, include materials, size, and idea
● Collect at least 3 inspiration artwork references
● Sketched out plan of your artwork, and shown to
me before beginning
● Keep creativity, craftsmanship, and conscious
artistic details in mind at all times
24. Steps to take:
1. CHOOSE - decide which projects sound most interesting to you!
2. RESEARCH – using the links in the section corresponding with the projects you
chose, review what has been done before and look for inspiration. Collect at least
3 inspiration artwork images.
3. DEFINE - write a 1-3 sentence description of what you plan to create, include
materials, size, and idea
4. SKETCH– test out your ideas for the projects.You can choose to focus on one at a
time, or work simultaneously, whichever you prefer. Once your sketches are
complete, show them to me for feedback before moving onto the creation step
5. CREATE - using whichever material you choose, begin creating your artworks
6. REVISE - if anything is not working as you planned, go back to the drawing board
and figure out a way to fix it
7. CRITIQUE - once everyone is completed, we will critique the artworks as a class
