2. FRONT PAGE
The magazine front cover has a picture of Eminem
covering most of the page with the masthead at the top
behind him and what the main article is on the left hand
third. The colours being used are white, red and grey. So
there is a variety of colours being used. The effect of the
colour’s make the pictures and the writing stand out
because they are all different types of colours. The fonts
being used are bold and the key writing is big e.g. the
main article and the masthead. The writing is on the left
hand third and is also at the top. The target audience is
people who like music because it talks about the latest
music and gives interviews with artists. Eminem is
covering most of the magazine, the shot taken is a
medium shot. It is typical of the magazine because it
includes a famous artist and so would attract the
audience. The model is the most effective because he is
a big celebrity and so he would attract the audience.

3. DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD
It is a celebrity gossip magazine which
features rapper 50 Cent. The colours used are
black and white. Which makes the writing
stand out. The font is normal but key words
are big such as the masthead. The writing is
on the left hand third. The target audience
would be music fans and fans of 50 cent
because it is a musician who has an article
about them. It is typical of the brand name
because it is a celebrity magazine and they
have done an article about the celebrity. The
model is most effective because it has a close
up shot on the right hand page and has a
quote said by him underneath so it makes the
reader recognise who it is and will buy it if
they are a fan of his.

4. CONTENTS PAGE It is a music magazine with singer Usher as the main
celebrity in the magazine. The colours used are white,
grey and black. They use these types of colours so that
the writing stands out from the background. The font is
quite small but main features are bigger and bolder.
The writing is on the left hand third which shows what is
going to feature in the magazine. The target audience
for this magazine is music and Usher fans because he is
the main feature of the magazine and has a big fan
base. The image is most effective because it is quite a
big picture so it stands out and shows that Usher is an
influential person in music and is a big celebrity. The
type of shot is a long shot. It is typical of the brand
name because it is a well-known person featuring in the
magazine so that means people who are a fan of Usher
and the type of music he sings will buy the magazine so
they can be like him and see what he wears.
