A sales competition between all Outlets of Gooline by putting certain points on different mile stones on the trend of cricket, like on there are different categories of scoring in cricket as there are Sixes, Fours, 3runs, 2runs, 1runs.
I.e we can put 5000 top-up eligibility for Six runs or 1 run on one new customer this will enable us to engage our employees in healthy competition which will be beneficial for growth of our business

sales people usually get the most prizes.
When you open the field and tie it to a milestone, it gives more sales reps the opportunity to
win a prize. As a result, more sales reps become more motivated as opposed to the few
top-earning salespeople.
As we all know first priority of sales person is to earn more in as prize for his extra efforts.

Description for milestones in different category is written below;
Top-up:
Each Package is a milestone scores will be given accordingly, 200>1, 300>2, 500>4,
1000>6. After 1000 each upsize is a milestone and 6 score will be added in sequence I.E
2000 is very next milestone to 1000 so 6 will be added total score for 2000 will be 12, 5000 is
next milestone to 2000 6 score will be added total score for 5000 will be 18, So on….
Sales:
As for sales first milestone is 5,000 at this point score will be given 2 runs, after that each
milestone will get 4 scores till 30,000 after that on each 5,000 branch will get sixer.
Eatables:
Eatables here include console sale, in this category milestone is 1000 on first 1000 sale
branch will get 2 runs, after that on each 1000 milestone they will get fours till 4000 sale after
4000 on each milestone branch will get sixer.
9. New Customer:
For new customer branch will get 1 run on 1 customer, and there is milestone of 5
customers till 10 on each milestone they will get fours, after 10 customers at each millstone
they will get sixer.
Variables:
Variables will be changed time to time depending on our current activities and special
packages, at this point we have two variables on is Shirts and other is Tickets, at each piece
of variable branch will get Fours.
Mentors:
One manager will be assigned as mentor to specific branch he will help branch morally
and with his ideas to achieve their goal.
Score ratio:
Ratio will be calculated on the basis of PC numbers and will be applied on the total
score to ensure the fair play between all branches.
10. Reward
Daily score will be shared for each branch into group, we will calculate score for
whole week and during TMM winner will be announced and will be awarded with
trophy of winner and Badges they will keep these things for next week until new
winners are announced. Additionally 7000 will be winners weekly prize, Breakup of
7000 will be suggested by Mr. Jawad each week to keep them motivate. They will
be promoted with champions title on social media their picture will be on cover
with trophy until next winners announced.
