members receive up to 8% sales bonus for their direct sales.

Team Leader
To become a Team Leader, a minimum investment of $1,000 is required. At the same time, a total turnover of
$10,000 and 2 team members are necessary. The monthly turnover does not apply as a Team Leader.
Team leaders receive a commission of up to 2%!
4. Manager
Successful salespeople quickly rise to the rank of manager. The prerequisites are a total turnover of $50,000,
an own investment of $2,000 and a monthly turnover of $10,000. The manager's team must consist of 5 per-
sonally sponsored partners (Firstline), each of whom has reached the "Team Leader" rank.
Managers receive a commission of up to 4%!
Sales Manager
With a total turnover of $250,000, a minimum personal investment of $3,000 and a turnover of at least
$50,000 per month, managers are promoted to Sales Manager. Furthermore, 3 personally sponsored
managers (Firstline) are required. The reward for this is a commission increase of two percent.
Sales managers receive a commission of up to 6%!
Director
If the total turnover of the sales expert rises to 2,000,000 $ and the turnover per month to a sum of 500,000
$, 8% commissions await. An own investment of 4.000 $ and 3 sales managers from his firstline, which come
from different lines, are also required.
Director receive up to 8% commission!
Sales Director
The second highest rank is achieved by successful sales experts who have a monthly turnover of at least
$1,000,000 and a total turnover of $8,000,000 or more. They have made their own investment of at least
$5,000 and acquired 2 directors from various lines of their downline.
Sales Directors receive a commission of up to 9%!
Senior Sales Director
The highest ranked Senior Sales Director is reserved for top sales professionals who have earned $10,000,000
or more in revenue. They have a monthly revenue of more than $2,000,000 and a minimum of $10,000 of
their own investment. At the same time they have 3 sales directors in their downline from separate lines
under them.
Senior Sales Directors receive a commission of up to 10%!
5. Lions Wealth Sales Bonuses
Away from the ranks, sales experts receive commission depending on the number of sales they make. The
following table describes the associated bonus payments in detail.

The bonuses paid directly depend on the number of registered customers. This means in detail: For the first
two customers 5% commission is granted. Customers 3 and 4 are rewarded with a 6% bonus each. For the 5th
and 6th customer, this bonus also increases by 1%. From the 7th customer a commission of 8% is distributed.

$120 as gold reserve, $30 as back office fee

The table shows the bonus payments of the individual ranks. For example, a sales manager receives a bonus
payment of 2% if sales are generated from the firstline by the manager team he or she supervises. Another
example: 7% bonus is granted as Sales Director when sales are made by a Firstline Team Leader.
If a Firstline participant is on the same rank level as the sponsor, no commissions will be offered according
to the ranking bonus table. Dynamic compression changes this. If the first-line partner is in the same rank as
the sponsor, the sponsor receives a bonus on the sales of his first-line partner. This applies until a difference
in rank has formed again.

It is usual for the sponsor to support Firstline in the first sales transactions of its new partners. This support is
rewarded for the sponsor by the distribution of the sales bonuses. With increasing success the new partner
becomes more independent and receives thereby gradually the full sales bonus.
