Guidewire BillingCenter and integration with other external vendors.

Claim Center CC - Intacct Check Integration

Scope: Objective is to send out the payments detail of the payment made in CC to Intacct system.
Payments will be in the form of Check / NEFT. Receive the check processed update from the Intacct
system which is asynchronous and update the status of payment accordingly. Also securely allow external
system i.e. Intacct system user to view the documents / invoices associated with the checks
Responsibilities and key deliverables:
 Developed code to dynamically check the SMTP server based on the CC deployed
environment and selected the SMTP servers.
 Developed functionality to display the details of the voided checks in the excel sheet.
 Developed functionality to send e-mail to the recipients (configurable).
 Developed functionality to create batch process for requesting checks in the excel sheet.

Personal Loan Online Application(POLA)

Scope: The organization being the one of largest bank in the APAC region, the application is used for
processing the personal loan applications for the customers. Initially the application was developed by
using classical ASP, but due to high cost and other issue in maintaining the application, it was decided to
be migrated to JSF 2.0 based platform. The main business logic resides in the AS/400 systems with which
the application interact through IBM request broker. The team was new in using the JSF technology, which
was the initial challenge and having very little support for existing AS/400 system

 Involved in requirement gathering, coding and testing of the application using Java,
spring, MYSQL, Maven, JUnit and Web sphere server.

Scope: The Claim System Replacement (CSR) change programme will include the delivery of a new
browser based claims system provided by ‘ClaimCenter’. It will replace RBS Insurance’s current
mainframe claims handling system – UIS Claims (Unified Insurance System).Delivery of the new
ClaimCenter system will help to support the RBS Insurance 5 year strategic plan to improve customer
experience and reduce claims cost by the £200 million targeted. The cost benefits associated with the
delivery of ClaimCenter are estimated at circa £117m of the total target saving. Recent years have seen
a significant increase in both opportunistic and increasingly sophisticated and organized insurance

fraud. Bogus and inflated insurance claims and staged motor accidents cost the UK industry, and
therefore policyholders, over £1.5 billion per annum.
Responsibilities:
 Implementing counter-fraud solutions using a combination of the Detica, Hunter and CUE
platforms.
 Gathering required information from ClaimCenter-initiated Churchill, Direct Line &
Privilege claims to be sent to the Detica, Norkom, Hunter and CUE applications.

eFlexTrial

Scope: The eFlexTrial program intends to accomplish a primary goal of allowing GEMS customers to trial

product software and/or features (referred to herein as an “application”), free, for a 30 to 60-day period.
This provides customers with an opportunity to assess the value of an application in a “try-before-you-buy”
scheme, and is an excellent software marketing tool. Modalities and other product development entities
within GEMS provide applications which can be enabled via an alphanumeric license key. The information
from the modality required by the eFlexTrial system in order to support trials of an application is referred to
as a “package.” The eFlexTrial program will provide an automated mechanism by which modalities can
submit packages that enable product software to be trailed via eFlexTrial. And also along with eFlex there
is another application running, the application is eLicense which is highly have dependency with
eFlex.eLicense is a web based system where valid software option keys can be generated and stored.
This will give Field Engineer/On-Line Engineer/Manufacturing the ability to generate a permanent software
license from an FDO and associate it with a specific piece of hardware/application. A user will also have
the ability to look up all valid keys for a given system in the event of a load-from-cold situation, where all
software must be reloaded.

the orders from distributors and delivering the vehicles to them accordingly like model, color, type etc. This
will also provide online catalog to customers to choose their preferred choice. Top-level management can
