RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) is using Online Channels (Phase-1) and CASPER (Phase-2) as their
credit card issuing application. As a regulatory observation, it is informed that the Customer has to
provide the consent during account opening for receiving Cheques (Both Welcome and Convenience
Cheques) and need to validate the same across all applications till Data ware house(includes
applications like TS2, Online, Paper, Origenate, Files and EDW). So I worked as a team member of
testing team for End to End testing of CASPER and Online Channel applications.

this Project.The goal of this project was to customizeVisa DPS system to abideby Canadian regulations and
market trend and sell this customized systemas a RBC productto various governments.
QA was involved in testingvarious configuration setups.I played the role of QA analystfor this project.
Project 3 : Product Launch - Prime Lending Rate and HIGHNETWORTH Credit Cards

Brief description of the project
New Credit Card product - Prime Rate Cards was issued to ‘select' customers at RBC. The new
product had unique interest rate of Prime+ lending rates. This project involved testing all
functionalities and TS2 Options related to a new product launch right from origination to Portfolio
management. QAalso validated Statements (SYMCOR), Card Plastics (GEMALTO), Cheque
Processing (Bassett), TRIAD strategies and Rewards. HIGHNETWORTH Card is given to the Private
Banking Clients with all Special Features like Travel Rewards, Earning Rewards etc., which includes
all the above functionalities .I was involved as offshore QAAnalyst for these projects.
Project 4 : Awards Platform conversion (TS2 to TLP)

RBC, Canada is using TS2 as their Loyalty platform for RBC credit cards. As TS2 has less flexibility
in providing Loyalty campaigns to the RBC costumers. Bank decided to migrate the Loyalty platform
from TS2 to TLP (TSYS Loyalty Platform). I worked as QAAnalyst of testing team for functional
testing and End to End testing of TLP and conversion from TS2 to TLP.

Brief description of the project
RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) Caribbean region is using TSPRIM as their credit card issuing
application. As bank want to use same application across the all regions, RBC decided to convert the
present TSPRIM issuing system to TS2.So I am working as QAAnalyst of testing team for functional
testing and End to End testing of TS2 and conversion from TSPRIM to TS2.
