– To connect kids to the nature while they are breathing.
DESCRIPTION:
– Imagine smelling a beautiful flower.
– Breathe in deep through your nose drawing a smile on your face.
– Exhale through your mouth sighing as long as you can.
– Repeat it 5 times.
