MINDFUL END OF A SCHOOL DAY (LESSON)
 At the end of class we give students 3 – 5 minutes
to focus on their breathing and think of a different
aspect of a lesson or the day that we spent
together. We instruct them to close their eyes,
give them some time to just breath and ask them
one simple question:
 What have you learned today (in this lesson)?
 What have you accomplished today (in this lesson)?
 What are you grateful for today?
 What was the best (the funniest, the most
stressful, the saddest, the most weird, ….)
moment today?
 After few minutes we share our thoughts.
Goals:
 To end the activity (day) together, connected
 Students gather their feelings, thoughts, key points of the day
 Students focus on their feelings, emotions, thoughts
 Students express their
feelings, emotions, thoughts
 Members of the group
strengthen their bonds and
get to know each other better
 Being in a moment
 To focus on their breathing
