2. MINDFUL END OF A SCHOOL DAY (LESSON)
At the end of class we give students 3 – 5 minutes
to focus on their breathing and think of a different
aspect of a lesson or the day that we spent
together. We instruct them to close their eyes,
give them some time to just breath and ask them
one simple question:
What have you learned today (in this lesson)?
What have you accomplished today (in this lesson)?
What are you grateful for today?
What was the best (the funniest, the most
stressful, the saddest, the most weird, ….)
moment today?
After few minutes we share our thoughts.
3. Goals:
