Mindfulness activity presented by the Portuguese team in the third teacher training held in Klodzco (Poland)

1. MEMORY GAME.
1. Put 10 objects on a tray (e.g.: two pens:
green and red, a pencil, a paper clip, a
button, a candle, a spoon, a notebook, a
spring, a pair of scissors).
2. Tell the student that he has 1 minute to
memorize all the objects.
3. Ask the pupil to close his eyes and the
adult removes an object from the tray.
4. Ask the pupil to open his eyes and guess
what object is missing.
