2. FEELING THE MUSIC
Children dance to the different styles of music. During the
pause, they freeze and keep the pose. Then they
concentrate on their breathing.
3. GOALS:
Beeing in the moment;
awarness of the body;
getting in touch with emotions, innerself;
Relaxation;
breaking the routine;
adapting to the felling to music;
awarness of space.
