I am a professional hard working individual who is experienced in working in a business
environment. I work well under pressure and I am experienced to work and meet tight
deadlines while maintaining quality of work. I am a great team player but at the same time I
have the ability to work alone using my own initiative. I am also competent in using ICT
programmes such as Microsoft word, office, excel and PowerPoint. I am now seeking a
suitable administrative or secretarial role within your company.

I joined Adult Social Care in December 2014 as a Locality Support Administrator. My Current
responsibilities include:
• Handling very confidential information
• Managing practitioners calendars and diary’s to make sure all appointment are up to
date and both client and practitioner are aware of the appointments.
• Making and receiving private and confidential phone calls
• Taking new referrals from vulnerable adults either over the phone or in person
• Making sure all systems are up to date i.e. making sure all referrals received are
printed off and get dealt with that day.
• Taking safeguarding’s from members of the public/ other professionals with regards
to venerable adults and making sure they are dealt with within the hour.
• Minute taking for Safeguarding meeting, Best interest meetings and hospital
