After a period of operation and development, along with the development of office,
Hoang Hung Design Consultant office decided converted to Hanoi Urban Architecture
Development Joint Stock Company
Our company operates in compliance with the law and under the management of the State
and legal personality of activities on a national scale and world.

Although newly established, Hanoi Urban Architecture Development Joint Stock
Company (Haad) has inherited and developed from the design activities, the production
of the top experts, and develop new technologies in urban architecture.
The company gathers a large team of Prof. Dr., MBA, Engineers and Architects, who
have much to contribute to solving the problems of science, engineering and
technology in all construction fields such as urban planning, civil and industry
architecture, transportation, electricity, water supply, ...
In recent times, promoting the scientific and technical capabilities of the staff in the
company, in addition to the usual application design, many advanced fields of science
and technology constructed has been studied in depth and had many good contributions

The main content of this section is to propose approaches, research and resolve raised
issues during the establishment of technical design documents, design drawing, making
total cost estimate and the details estimate of work to achieve the best results for the
project.
The research methods will be used in the implementation process consultancy package

 Informations about boundary of area research project in map and on scene

 Informations about terrain, status quo elevation: consider documents and terrain
map, check status quo and elevation on scene
 Informations about architecture status quo: consider documents, visit scene, take
photos, note architecture construction’s status quo in project’s area.
 Informations about technical infrastructure constructions inside and outside
project’s area: water supply pipe system, rain - water and waste – water
drainage, power line systems, electrical systems and lighting systems
communications system and surrounding areas.
 Informations about environment: natural landscape of project area (trees, water,
street ....)
 Informations about the hydrogeology, regional climate research project
 Informations about other projects being implemented in neighboring areas
2.5.1.2. Processing and analyzing data
The data will be processed and analyzed in order to draw the most characteristic
elements of the current state of the architecture and technical infrastructure sector
research project to serve as a basis for drawing and design calculations technical
infrastructure for the project (defined control core, the nodes of roads system and
pipeline engineering, drainage sloping for garden ....)
2.5.1.3. Analysis and review of mutual relationships inside and outside buildings

conditioning of works.
 Relations between Economic – engineering of works in the comfort issue for
interior to exterior finishing materials selected works, selected technical
solutions and equipment, technical means in the framework of the total
investment for the project has been approved.
 The relationship between the technical solutions such as structural engineering,
power supply, communications, air conditioning, desiccate and ventilating,
water supply and drainage.
2.5.1.4. Selection of appropriate normative standards.
The current design standards of the State as Vietnam construction standards, standards
of planning, building design standards, engineering design standards need to be
carefully selected to be applied in each case specific of project.
In cases there are no standards are issued by the State, we can refer and apply the
appropriate standards of foreign countries but ensuring compliance with applicable
principles and standards to ensure scientific and modern fit with engineering technical
functions of the project.
The basis documents for applying research and reference in the engineering
consultancy bid package, design drawing, making total cost estimates, detailed
estimates of all works including:
- Vietnam Construction Standards, issued by decision No. 682/BXD-CSXD in
02.14.1996 of the Minister of Construction;
- Collection of Vietnam Construction Standard – Construction Publishing House -
1997 issued by decision No 408/BXD-KHCN in 06.26.1996 of Ministry of
Construction
2.5.1.5. Research and suggest appropriate solutions

On the basis of the step of collecting the current status data, analys and assess of the
current state of research on the options in the construction project has been approved,
considering relationships inside and outside of work and application of normative
documents referred to the State's references and abroad consultant documents, the
design consultant proposed appropriate solutions to implement package design
consultant for the project.
During the design consultant of the project, issues of methodology and principles need
to be confirmed will perform best in study deployment time, including:
 Architecture and planning research solution, technical infrastructure design, and
garden landscape design, exterior construction sector, to ensure the harmony of
the building with the overall architectural space in the area, to ensure conformity
of the technical of projects’s infrastructure system with neighboring areas and
overall, ensuring general landscape, including works themselves at the center

 Technical design and drawing design of architectural works solution to ensure
the following requirements:
