3. Risatti was born in 1948 with the realization of electric
transformers. This activity continued up to the ’90 and
it helped understanding and solving testing problems.
At the same time, the continuous contacts with
technicians from major Industrial Groups, local artisans
and producers, led Risatti Instruments to developing
highly specialized testing systems, capable to satisfy
the most varied operative needs.
Risatti Instruments have been pioneering the field of
electric and electromechanical testing. The range of
Risatti products includes equipment for testing all the
parts that make up an engine for traction: stator,
wound rotor, rotor and squirrel cage or die-cast rotors..

4. • Our products, exclusively designed and
produced by Risatti, are projected to conduct all
kinds of testing in the electromechanical and
electrotechnical sectors and for all volumes of
production. Combined with integrated assembly
or automatic object handling systems, as a
laboratory test. Important sectors are those
relating to preventive maintenance, repairs and
rewinding
6. H3/30 – CPS.03
This machine is based on a very modern
integration system: a PC that controls
measurements in a graphic ambience and a PLC
that controls automation and commutation
processes.
All machines test single and three-phase
windings, based on the solid experience of the
H3/CPS 6 and 12KV series.
All systems are managed by an industrial
Personal Computer and they include essential
memorization, printing and storage measures
and functions of the test results, and work with
WINDOWS 10 IoT and with the use of a delicate
software pack, including a simple graphic
interface, it is possible to accomplish all
configuration and test activities
The H3/30-CPS.03 has storing programs called
“Statistics” for the test results, which can also be
printed.

8. H4/NCP.02
Testers of the series H4/NCP.02 represent the last
evolution of a large family of instruments, created in
2011. They are based on a very modern integration
system: a PC that controls measurements in a
graphic ambience and a PLC that controls
automation and commutation processes.
All machines allow the test of single-phase and three-
phase stators.
All H4/NCP.02 systems are managed by an industrial
Personal Computer and they include essential
memorization, printing and storage measures and
functions of the test results.
The H4/NCP.02 has storing programs called
“Statistics” for the test results, which can also be
printed.
All H4/NCP.02 systems work with WINDOWS
EMBEDDED and with the use of a delicate software
pack, including a simple graphic interface, it is
possible to accomplish all configuration and test
activities
9. MAIN FEATURES:
• Industrial PC panel with LCD colour monitor 15” and TOUCH-
SCREEN IP65
• 42-column printer for the emission of: test report, rejects and

• Integrated self-test for functions. A calibrated load is applied to each
measurement, integrated into the commutation cards.
• The H4/NCP.02 allows the test of single and three-phase stators
with 8 terminations in the various configurations, managed directly by
the user with the “integrated configurator”. As option, 16 terminations
can be offered for each single test station.
