Natalie joined Groupe Insearch after gaining
administrative experience at a boutique finance firm
in San Francisco, where she assisted in the hiring,
training and onboarding of temporary and
permanent additions to the team. As a contract and
temp manager, she works with our clients to fill
short-term and contract based hiring needs. Natalie
earned her BA from Boston University, where she
studied International Relations and was a member of
Delta Gamma sorority. Outside of the workplace, she
loves to travel, cook, read and run!

Alexa Gulliford, Managing Director
Alexa is in her eleventh year at Groupe Insearch.
She has long standing relationships in the Bay
Area financial services and technology
industries. She partners with leading executives
to build and maintain high performing teams in

Alexa graduated from UCLA with a degree in
English Literature where she was a member of
Kappa Kappa Gamma. When Alexa is not
obsessing about talent development and
recruiting strategies for her clients, she is having

Emily Wiser, Senior Recruiting Manager
Emily has 4 years of administrative recruiting
experience working with medium to large sized
companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. She focuses
on identifying key candidates who range from recent
college graduates new in their career search to
executive assistants supporting C-level individuals.
Emily received her Bachelor's from UC Berkeley where
she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma

for 2014. Data was collected while sourcing Executive Assistants for the Finance and Technology industries in the Bay Area.
In recent years Executive Assistants have become much more than secretaries or paper pushers. In a recent article, “Executive Assistants are
Powers Behind the Throne,” published by SF Gate, executive assistants are gaining the reputation of de-facto advisor and trusted confidante.
Executive Assistants are highly educated professionals who are knowledgeable about world affairs, economic trends and can help guide decision
making. Along with that they are gatekeepers, schedulers, event planners and caretakers to the company’s most powerful employee.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Bay Area has the country’s highest concentration of executive assistants and they are among the
best paid in the country. Here at Groupe Insearch, we have seen a substantial increase in salaries. Typical salaries for a high- level Executive
Assistant range from $100,000- 150,000 with a bonus of 20% making the total compensation $120,000-$180,000.
