Vaco Seattle Partner Profiles Todd Games, Vaco Financial, Partner Todd’s job is twofold, to connect hiring managers with the top Accounting & Finance talent in the Greater Seattle marketplace and to help the top talent identify the next steps of their career. Before Vaco, Todd started his career as an Account Manager in the Bellevue, WA branch for a national Accounting & Finance specialty staffing firm. Over the course of his five years with that company, he also worked out of the Raleigh, NC and Tampa, FL branches where he was eventually promoted to Market Manager for both the Accounting & Finance and Professional Staffing divisions. During Todd’s tenure at his previous employer, he was awarded "Superstar" status. Previous to that he was the Branch Manager for an international general staffing firm, where he managed the Downtown Seattle Branch.

Sean has over 14 years of recruiting, sales and sales management experience in the technology and consulting industry. As an individual sales producer he has consistently managed over 30 consultants on multiple projects in the technology field. Sean was then promoted to create a military recruitment program for a multi-billion dollar firm to be rolled out nationally in the mid 90’s to target transitioning military personnel and their families for positions through the US. He has held the various positions of Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President of Recruiting and Sales for various Regional and National firms directly responsible for recruiting and sales within the technology and consulting field.
