 Receive deliverables requested and rate the quality of the workers, communication, the entire experience and start your next

SYMBIOTIC MANAGEMENT FLOW

 Work with client to receive all required resources, sco pe of work and any other information & access required to accomplish
projects/tasks/assignments.

1) RECRUITMENT & INTERVIEW
Symbiotic has access to over 100,000 remote workers primarily lo cated within the Philippines co nsisting of skills from any trade
imaginable. We maintain a database of active workers and recruit when necessary to ensure full coverage of all services offer ed. We
don't o nly rely on a workers stated work/educational history & CV/Resume but we put them to the test.
2) RESEARCH
All data on file & provided by the worker or found within other so urces of information are reviewed for accuracy as an initia l test
with regard to honesty, reputation, experience and accuracy.
3) TESTING & EXPERT REVIEW
Symbiotic utilizes an established and/or third -party experts residing in the appropriate fields with working experience and
knowledge of required technologies, methodologies and processes. The expert co nduct an interview with the worker and if
necessary conducts testing to ensure a positive outcome for the client.
4) RESULTS
All results are recorded for future use & applicants will receive sco ring based on their performance. Workers that receive a
significant degree of confidence from an expert are set to review & begin working with the project manager. Any and all client
communications take place as the final step in the review process.

tourism cam paign. It ’s definitely more fun in the Philippines when it comes to nature tripping.
But, Philippines is more than just a tourist destination. Filipinos have proven to be valuable assets to offshore companies a nd
organizatio ns based o utside the co untry. Filipinos are very "Americanized" in that most of them understand English and speak it
