reference to an international
perspective ? Or Described the role
and function of planning in the
presentation ?
3. • For the interest of your audience and for
the successful and effective
presentation planning is important. It
gives idea to the presenter what he has
to prevent throughout presentation.

• A presentation is always prepared with an
objective. If we get this objective wrong we are not
able to deliver effective presentation.
• Thus , it is essential to get the target right .
• To decide effectively on the right target one should
ask questions like " Is the presentation to explain ?
".
6. • After going through a series of such questions one
can easily decided the target market for the
presentation . To communicate effectively to the
target market it's necessary to make optimum
utilization of the first few minutes.
• It is thus important to show an understanding of
the audience's circumstances , get them personally
involved and then convey the objective of the
presentation.
7. Selecting the right information
• In most presentation information needs to be
given to the audience , in this case ,there is a
chance a same set of information is interpreted
differently , thus one has to be very careful with the
information delivered and the amount of
information delivered . To be able to deliver the
carrect ammoun of the information level test is
used , that helps grade the audience and heance
decided the information to be delivered
accordingly.

1. The analysis delivered should be just enough.
2. Too much information may lead the audience to
the getting bored.
3. Very little information may seem
unprofessional.

• Keep in mind the power structure of the audience
and make sure you have a sense of your place
called the hierarchy.
• Never over step your authority.

• Audience value individualism and group identity
very differently.
• In individualistic cultures it is ok to be direct and
personal.
• In collectivist cultures use of the word "we " is
more advisable.

audience smile and shows friendly gesture and
facial signal.

opposite person more time and space to interact.
