• Write the role of non verbal communication and
body language in a presentation ?.
• 55% of the presentation thoughts are conveyed
through non verbal communication and body
language Thus non verbal communication and body
language plays an important role in giving a
presentation some ideas to be used to important
role in giving a presentation some ideas to be used
to improve presentation are listed below.
• Use your voice effectively
• Body language
• Practice makes perfect
• Goodbye to stress
• Managing the physical environment.
Use your voice effectively
• Critical success factors :- to have interesting voice
presenter need to consider five areas to enhance level
of interest in his voice.
• Volume :- A presenter should always consider numbers
of the audience and according to that he should Speak
range of his voice should speak range of his voice
should be according to that to know whether the
presenter voice is audible enough or not persenters
should check with people at the back of the root and if
the presenter is using microphone he should not have it
too close to his mouth.
• Tempo :- very fast speakings need to atter their
tempo and slow down a little where as speaking
very fast can give an impression of allogance and
aggression it is thus essential to very the speed
with which the speaker speaks skimming quickly
over not so important topic but being slow on the
important on .
• Tone of your voice :- Tone of the presenter always
becomes essential part of the presentation
whether the presenter sounds interested bored
angry or nervous it is up to the presenter who has
to choose tone according to mood of the
presentation
• A presentation should on the tone which expresses
professional expertise personal wormth and
positive out look.
Chunking
• A presenter always aim on creating understanding and
impact with his each sentence for that presenter cuts the
sentence and analysis where to put stress and pausing.
• When a presenter chunk the sentence he emphasized or
stresses some words phrases so that audience understand
on which word they should keep their attention
• Articulation :- It means fluent and clear in speech a
presenter should always be aware on pronouncation of
every single word and phrase as correct articulation
effectively make a presenter easy to understand.
Body language
• A Presenter not only should concentrate on how to
give presentation but he also should understand
what kind of body language he is unsing while
presenting any topicas expression of your what you
are saying effective body language help a presenter
to convey his message interestingly and effectively.
• Here are some tips that can help a presenter to
improve his body language.
• Effective eye contact :- when the presentation start
in the first five seconds the presenter should scan
his audience to establish eye contact as doing that
audience members will feel that a presenter is
talking to them with all his attentiveness.
• When a presentation is going on presenter should
not turn his back on the audience instead of that
he should apply " TTT "
• Touch:- move a hand in the direction of the slide
to indicate important information.
• Turn :- turn your had to look directly at the
audience
• Talk :- talk about the information
• Use of smile :- smile is the language understand by all
the people around the world and smile is the single
most understand and experience as smile never hurts
. If presenter should always give a smile to put his
audience in comfeart zone.
• Tips for using gesture :- Before giving the
presentation presenter should record and should not
doubt his gesture to know which are effective and in
effective. Presenter should always use gesture which
comes naturallyas audience will come to know
unnatural gestures.
• Your gesture should always go with what you are
speaking always in short it should add effect what
you are saying and should support it.
• Stand the deliver :- A well rehearse and experience
presentor will stand tall while giving presentations
he always carry dynamic movement but remember
never over do it As too much movement irritate
audience.
• Consider culture :- All ways do a research on your
audience to find out correct facial expressions
gesture and movement which the audience
excepect of a preticular audience.
Practice makes perfect
• Practice always established or rather presentation
and there for a presenter should practice by
standing in frontof mirror before giving final
presentation on the practice will allow your to
drowning final presentation note down the point
which you are going to present in the first three
minutes of your presentation plan gestures and
movement to create minimum impact practice
Infront of the mirror untilit feels natural.
Good bye to stress
• Get excited :- It always happen with a presenter that
he get stress before the presentation but he should
take it positively as it is natural thing and happens
with almost all the people it is positive reaction by
the body getting stressed is something called as
getting excited getting stress means your body is
preparing you physically and mentally to perform
well.
• Get real :- A presenter should be aware of his style or
technic for the presentation if he has basic
knowledge of English force of personality
• Joneral clarity of communication expertise then he
don't need any unnatural means all he needs to do
to be himself.
• Get in control
• 1) control your message
• There are three essential elements of presentation.
• 1] The objective. , 2] The content ,3] right English
vocabulary.
• If a Presenter has this aspect even he forgets what
he plan he can continue his presentation with the
help of this three elements.
• 2) control your body :- First smile and relat to give
positive effect don't show you nervousness.
• 3) control your mind :- Always have positive
thoughts about yourself your performance and for
the over all presentation don't allow one single
negative idea to get into your mind good bye to
stress.
Managing the physical
environment
• Presenter's primary job is not only prepare his
presentation but he also should check all the aspects
related to presentation which includes management
of physical environment.
• Before giving the presentation should give
information about the size of the room he also should
ensure that some extra seats are available. He should
check the size of the screen which all audience can
see . He should have some backup disk available and
handouts with .In case on the days of presentation
electricity
• goes out then he can carry his presentation
forward with the help of handouts.
• To manage physical environment presenter can
take help of his friend to handle any outside
problems.
• Checking all the equipment available in the room
will help a presenter to run the presentation
smoothly without obstacles.

  • 2. • Write the role of non verbal communication and body language in a presentation ?.
  • 3. • 55% of the presentation thoughts are conveyed through non verbal communication and body language Thus non verbal communication and body language plays an important role in giving a presentation some ideas to be used to important role in giving a presentation some ideas to be used to improve presentation are listed below.

Use your voice effectively • Critical success factors :- to have interesting voice presenter need to consider five areas to enhance level of interest in his voice. • Volume :- A presenter should always consider numbers of the audience and according to that he should Speak range of his voice should speak range of his voice should be according to that to know whether the presenter voice is audible enough or not persenters should check with people at the back of the root and if the presenter is using microphone he should not have it too close to his mouth.
  • 6. • Tempo :- very fast speakings need to atter their tempo and slow down a little where as speaking very fast can give an impression of allogance and aggression it is thus essential to very the speed with which the speaker speaks skimming quickly over not so important topic but being slow on the important on . • Tone of your voice :- Tone of the presenter always becomes essential part of the presentation whether the presenter sounds interested bored angry or nervous it is up to the presenter who has to choose tone according to mood of the presentation • A presentation should on the tone which expresses professional expertise personal wormth and positive out look.

Chunking • A presenter always aim on creating understanding and impact with his each sentence for that presenter cuts the sentence and analysis where to put stress and pausing. • When a presenter chunk the sentence he emphasized or stresses some words phrases so that audience understand on which word they should keep their attention • Articulation :- It means fluent and clear in speech a presenter should always be aware on pronouncation of every single word and phrase as correct articulation effectively make a presenter easy to understand.

Body language • A Presenter not only should concentrate on how to give presentation but he also should understand what kind of body language he is unsing while presenting any topicas expression of your what you are saying effective body language help a presenter to convey his message interestingly and effectively. • Here are some tips that can help a presenter to improve his body language.
  • 9. • Effective eye contact :- when the presentation start in the first five seconds the presenter should scan his audience to establish eye contact as doing that audience members will feel that a presenter is talking to them with all his attentiveness. • When a presentation is going on presenter should not turn his back on the audience instead of that he should apply " TTT " • Touch:- move a hand in the direction of the slide to indicate important information. • Turn :- turn your had to look directly at the audience • Talk :- talk about the information
  • 10. • Use of smile :- smile is the language understand by all the people around the world and smile is the single most understand and experience as smile never hurts . If presenter should always give a smile to put his audience in comfeart zone. • Tips for using gesture :- Before giving the presentation presenter should record and should not doubt his gesture to know which are effective and in effective. Presenter should always use gesture which comes naturallyas audience will come to know unnatural gestures. • Your gesture should always go with what you are speaking always in short it should add effect what you are saying and should support it.
  • 11. • Stand the deliver :- A well rehearse and experience presentor will stand tall while giving presentations he always carry dynamic movement but remember never over do it As too much movement irritate audience. • Consider culture :- All ways do a research on your audience to find out correct facial expressions gesture and movement which the audience excepect of a preticular audience.
  • 12. Practice makes perfect • Practice always established or rather presentation and there for a presenter should practice by standing in frontof mirror before giving final presentation on the practice will allow your to drowning final presentation note down the point which you are going to present in the first three minutes of your presentation plan gestures and movement to create minimum impact practice Infront of the mirror untilit feels natural.

Good bye to stress • Get excited :- It always happen with a presenter that he get stress before the presentation but he should take it positively as it is natural thing and happens with almost all the people it is positive reaction by the body getting stressed is something called as getting excited getting stress means your body is preparing you physically and mentally to perform well. • Get real :- A presenter should be aware of his style or technic for the presentation if he has basic knowledge of English force of personality
  • 14. • Joneral clarity of communication expertise then he don't need any unnatural means all he needs to do to be himself. • Get in control • 1) control your message • There are three essential elements of presentation. • 1] The objective. , 2] The content ,3] right English vocabulary. • If a Presenter has this aspect even he forgets what he plan he can continue his presentation with the help of this three elements.
  • 15. • 2) control your body :- First smile and relat to give positive effect don't show you nervousness. • 3) control your mind :- Always have positive thoughts about yourself your performance and for the over all presentation don't allow one single negative idea to get into your mind good bye to stress.
  • 16. Managing the physical environment • Presenter's primary job is not only prepare his presentation but he also should check all the aspects related to presentation which includes management of physical environment. • Before giving the presentation should give information about the size of the room he also should ensure that some extra seats are available. He should check the size of the screen which all audience can see . He should have some backup disk available and handouts with .In case on the days of presentation electricity
  • 17. • goes out then he can carry his presentation forward with the help of handouts. • To manage physical environment presenter can take help of his friend to handle any outside problems. • Checking all the equipment available in the room will help a presenter to run the presentation smoothly without obstacles.
