1. Organization: Top Motors Limited(Victoria Island, Lagos) – Is a Lagos based
company that deals with the sales and service of Japanese vehicles-Toyota, Lexus,
Honda which are built to American specification.
Designation: Service Centre Manager
Date: December 2011 till date.
Responsibilities:
 Create job instruction with hard copy of COF.
 Receive vehicles from customers.
 Inform customer of job completion/vehicle pick-up.
 Performs post service follow up.
 Performs maintenance reminder.
 Receive customer complaints and performs initial resolution steps.
 Prepare quotation/estimate to customers.
 Receive/schedule appointments.
 Issue invoices to customers.
 Place order for spare parts
 Keep records of spare parts.
 Assign duties to technicians.

 Performs quality control checks on finished jobs.
