Design
5. 10 national level cyclists, female, were divided two
groups randomly, CF (cell food) group and PL
(placebo) group,5 people each group separately.
At week 0 and week 4, all subjects do graded
exercises test,
At week 2 and week 3, all subjects do 3km individual
time trial test at track.
CF group use 30 drops per time, 3 times per day
without other nutritional supplements.

11. Can CF improve the endurance performance?
Discussion: Both groups showed similar trends of changes (maximal power,
VO2 max, maximal lactate level) but more statistically significant
improvements/changes are observed in the CF group (maximal power (p
<0.01), VO2 max (p<0.01) and lactate level (p <0.01) compared with the
control group (VO2 max (p <0.05)

From the data of our research, we confirm CF can improve the Max VO2,
oxygen pulse, and power after 4 weeks again. But we also find that in the CF
group Max VO2, oxygen pulse are better than PL group (MaxVO2:57.65 vs.
52.78;oxygen pulse 72.5 vs. 77.8), the most important parameter is stimulated
3KM TT competition time, CF group vs. PL group is 289.4s VS. 313.25, p<0.05.

Hello everybody, I am Dr.shiwei.At the beginning of my presentation, I would like make an apology on behalf of Dr.Duan for his absent cause the visa trouble. From 2001 until now, Dr.Duan serviced in national cycling team, national cross country ski team, national biathlon team, now he is the chief physician of national race walking team. Before my presentation, I want show everybody a short clip video to introduce the secret role of cellfood in china sports.

Endurance event like cross country ski, long distance cycling, marathon, race walking, have similar characteristics on long time, high intensity. So, the two key points of endurance sports are the ability of oxygen transport and ATP generate. Every team physician knows the important role of the volume of red blood cell and hemoglobin, but keep intact and avoid the oxidative damages of red blood cell membrane are more worth paying dose attention.
Meanwhile, the concept that mitochondria is the engine of cell is accepted by everyone, if you can increase the efficiency of this engine you will get more power in given time, as well as if you can save energy in given intensity, you get close to championship.
The major problem of endurance athletes are fatigue and overtraining. The figure shown in here is the pathways of fatigue and overtraining on cell level. One pathways is oxidative damage mainly on red blood cell membrane, the two other pathways are hypoxemia and calcium ions overload in cell.
Cell food was reported that can release oxygen when it drop into liquid, as well as it was thought be a powerful antioxidant.
The aim of our research is to investigate if cell food can improve the cyclist performance, and how the cyclist performance were changed when we use different ingestion strategy.

At first we can find at week 4, the MAXVO2 and oxygen pulse were different significantly between the CF group and PL group.
In the CF group, the MAXVO2 and oxygen pulse were different significantly between the week0 and week 4.
Compare the maxvo2 and oxygen pulse, the power at 4mmol lactate acid at week 4 and heart rate at 2 minute after stimulated competition also have same trend. All data show that the CF group have got great improvement on endurance performance.
Most to be surprise is that the result of the stimulated 3km time trail competition on the track. CF group is almost 24 seconds faster than PL group.
At part B, we used a special instrument called AMP Noninvasive Hemogram Analyzer made in Hungry. It can collect 116 parameters at same time.
At day 1, no cell food were provided to subjects, at day 2 we provided Cell food 3times,before,during,and after trainning.at day 3, we provided cell food once time after training.
We can find that,from our result,the used power of life support and working level of oxygen consumption changed depended on the dosage. At day 2, all dates are better than other two days, meanwhile at day2 and day3, all dates are better than at day1.
Refer to the study of Professor DJORDJEVIC “CYCLING PEFORMANCE AND CELLFOOD”. we find the two study confirm that CF can improve the cyclist endurance performance.
From the first time we use cell food at “QingHai Tianyoude” professional team during the tour Qinghai lake (average altitude above 2000m) international road cycling competition. We find that high ingestion dosage is key point to make cell food play a serious role in endurance sports gradually. When we preparing the London Olympic Game, Ding Chen use 60-70 drops once time and 4 times one day, and at competition time, we use 75-80 drops once time.
We hypotheses the mechanisms of cell food on endurance sports that: 照着念。
