tramways, phone, internet...) is organized to
save us more steps

sitting at your office desk working all week long
may help you achieve your self-actualization
goals, or pay your bills and keep you out of debt,
but may also be setting you up for some trouble
in the future(Health problems).
It may be slowly draining your health

feel the effect of the exercise)

Walking presupposes that one foot is on the
ground

Running is used when the body loses contact
with the ground
Walker's movement is different
from that of the runner
knowing that a runner does not
go faster than a good walker
During competitions a walker
who does not keep his feet on the
ground is disqualified
THREE CONCEPTS OF RACING ARE
DISTIGUISHED:
RACING : for competitive sport
RUNNING : for performance sport
JOGGING: for slow endurance running
which can be interrupted by walking periods
(acccording to individual needs)
Since antiquity there are two types of
races:
Sprint and Endurance.
MEDICALLY DEFINED AS :
