Re-designed Hospital Safety Program:
o Incident report review turnaround time (TAT) dropped by ~ 97% (232.5 days to 6.35 days)
o Incident reports closed within 10 days increased from 23% to 91%
Implemented telemetry monitoring on a surgical unit.
o During the implementation, 98% associates were successful in certification.
