Nurse Manager/Oncology Service Line Leader September 2010-November 2016
• Overall management of three units: 26-Bed Medical/Telemetry/Vent Unit, 28-Bed
Telemetry/Med/Surg and the Outpatient Infusion Center
• Growth Pillar Leader for the Oncology service line through Operation Excellence with
steady growth in outpatient infusion by 15% for the last 3 consecutive years
• Track and report on metrics leading to outpatient growth for the Cancer Service Line
contributing to an increase in an Overall organizational OP Revenue growth over 2013 of
over $9.0 million, or 25%
• In patient Hospice Liaison – facilitating 94 pts for Hospice in 2015
• Chair of the Hospital’s Rights and Ethics Committee
• Quality Program leader (Immunization)
• Conduct all Ethic Reviews on patients as requested by the staff and physicians
• Physician Recruitment/Program Business Plan development/policies and training for the
oncology service line
• Collaboration with physicians to develop clinical/business plans for Navigation
Bronchoscopy, Low Dose Lung Screening and Palliative Care in 2015 & 2016

• Worked side-by-side with Health System colleagues in planning and implementing the
RWJ System Oncology Strategic Plan

• Consistently achieved operational goals in Outpatient Infusion, Mammography, PET/CT
