Most recently a Director, I have held various operations management positions within the fastest growing
construction information business in North America. During the past 23 years, CMD Group’s Data’s annual
revenue grew from $5 million to $90 million. As part of the senior management team, I am primarily
responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with private and public owners, architects, and
general contractors who provide and pay for our information. Additionally, I am responsible for the
Mountain-South Central Region with 85 staff, 10 facilities, and an operational budget exceeding $10
million.
During our early expansion, I was a Branch Manager responsible for acquiring propriety private project
leads for resale to our customers. Demand for the quality information allowed us to realize greater
margins and yield and increased our customer base through new business and customer retention. During
