and Allied Matter Act 1990 of the Federal Republic of
Nigeria.
Idyak Ventures Limited, started operations in the year 2012
to carry out the business of outright sales and services of
industrial generators, transformers, PHCN to site and
supporting equipments for various sector of the Nigerian
economy. Idyak ventures Limited provide services in the
area of sales and supplies of office consumables, petroleum
products, automobile and merchandising of goods and
services.
The company has grown steadily by building capacities
harnessing local expertise, international skills and key
partnerships aimed at the delivery of world class business
solutions.

customers' order lead times and maintaining consistently

Our team of professionals develop and manage a range of
information systems in house which service almost all
aspects of our business. Advanced data analysis tools and
back office systems allow us to provide customers, vendors,
partners and suppliers with up to date management
information services including sales information, order
capture, invoicing and purchasing. Idyak Ventures Limited
offer promotion management to enable supplier funds to
be monitored and controlled.
Our automated system also facilitates real time stock
management and replenishment capabilities integrates
with our back office system to provide our customers with
managed ranges, personalised priced delivery notes and
daily invoicing. The solution provides computerised stock
management and permits capture of proof of delivery.

Our Key Management Personnel
The resume of some of our management and technical
personnel include:
1.Idris Kehinde Yakubu worked extensively in the sales and
marketing unit of the Motors/ Leasing Division of Mandilas
Enterprises Limited before joining Mass Power Integrated
Services Limited, a division of MTI Plc as Sales Manager. He
had worked previously, in other roles including
administrative and personnel, in various other organisations
with diverse business persuasions. Over the years,
Yakubu developed an exceptional aptitude for selling
technical and specialised products including engineering,
pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, machines and tools as well as
generators and motor vehicles. He has also shown a rare
capacity for managing the sales function, taking
responsibility for bidding and negotiation of contracts,
customer relationship development, key account
management as well as the strategic functions of planning
and organising, leading and coordinating, team training,
coaching and mentoring. He is a team player and team
builder with ample experience in business start-up. His role
has consistently involved cross functional relationships at the

highest levels, both within the organisations where he
worked and in his external interactions with customers and
other organisations.
Born in 1972, Yakubu holds the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)
degree in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello
University, Zaria. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian
Institute of Management (AMNIM) and presently working on
professional certification of both the Chartered Institute of
Bankers (CIBN) and the Nigerian Institute of Marketing
(NIMARK). He has attended several business and
professional seminars, workshops and conferences over the
entire span of his professional engagements. Yakubu is an
astute businessman, generously endowed with a rare
passion to succeed in whatever task he undertakes. He is
widely travelled and highly sociable.
Yakubu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IDYAK
Ventures Limited.
2. Ayodele Thomas Abolarin He has 20 years experience in
Administration and Management with vast experience in
project management, administration, telecommunication
provisioning, and information technology. He graduated
from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria Nigeria where he
obtained a degree in Public Administration and his MBA,
Corporate Development and Management from University

of Ilorin Kwara State Nigeria. He has worked with Strategic
Insight Solutions and System Automation Incorporation as
Head of Human Resources & Administration. Also, he served
with BitCom System Nigeria Limited as Admin/Personnel
Executive.He is the Executive Vice Chairman of the
company.

Account to the company.
4. Fidel Oke. He has over 20 years experience in both public
and private companies with emphasis on sales and
marketing. His role in sales and marketing encompass sales
of IT and telecom solutions. He obtained his first degree in
Business Administration from University of Lagos in 1995 and
an MBA from Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo
State of Nigeria. He has worked with Alma Accessories
Abuja as Chief Operating Officer, and also with Centre

Financial Control and Internal Audit and
Piece Limited as Marketing Manger and also Head of
Business Group Microtel Limited in Lagos and Abuja. He is a
General Consultant on Strategy and Business Development
to the company.
5. Nelson Alexander. Nelson has over 13 years experience
on electrical power distribution operations and
maintenance, power distribution planning and construction,
power distribution protection, control and metering with
NEPA/PHCN. He also has about 3 years experience on
power provision for GSM & CDMA companies. He is a
licensee of the federal Ministry of Energy. He is a Consultant
on Power and Transmission to the company.
6. Saliu Rapheal Adewale. Energetic and goal oriented
Sales & Commercial professional with vast and well rounded
Sales, Marketing and commercial experience was born in
the year 1970,a multi-lingua Nigerian with excellent
analytical, presentation and communication skills and well
respected by peers and supervisors. Worked in Sales and
Marketing Division of Promasidor Nigeria Limited
(Manufacturer of Cowbell, Loya, Onga, Top tea and other
quality Food Products) in various branches of the company
risen to the position of Regional Sales Manager overseeing
the entire North West of the country in the year 2009.
He has equally worked as Area Sales Manager Kano 2008-
2009,Area Sales Manager Jos 2005-2008,Sales Executive
Jalingo, Taraba State between year 2000-2002,Sales

1999,Sales Manager Yola 2003-2005,
Saliu is a family man, very intelligent and hard working
amongst his achievement in Promasidor Nigeria Limited,
include not limited to Outstanding Revenue growth of 109%
in Jos territory even during the Crisis of 2008, doubled Yola
Depot Sales from N36m to N78 in less than one year in 2004,
Initiated trans-border Sales between Yola and the Republic
of Cameroun 2003 – 2005.He is the Executive Director in-
charge of Sales and Marketing.
7. Bankole Oladapo Wahab. He was born in the year 1984
and attended federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State for his
OND programme in Electrical/Electronics in year 2006.He
completed his HND programme in Power and Machine in
2010 from Lagos State Polytechnic in 2010,prior to that he
had worked extensively in various companies includes
SWAP Technologies and Telecomm Plc, Lagos as a ATS
Engineer, Electrical Technician with MTI Plc, Lagos and
Electrical Technician with JMG Nigeria Limited, Lagos and
Mikano International Limited, Lagos where he has handled
a lot of projects on Power generations, transmissions and
distributions in Nigeria.
Bankole is a member of Nigerian Association of Engineering
