Today's society has changed so much over time. Growing up as a kid I didn't get to experience some of the activities kids now get to do. Once you
think about it the generation we live in today is so advanced it doesn't even compare to how it was ten years ago. In my youth age I spent a lot of time
socializing with my family and my siblings. The way I grew up and what I got to experience is what shaped me as a person today.
The environment around me while I was growing up was very humble and sheltered. I was taught that you'd always work hard for what you want. You
work hard because nothing will get handed to you unless you are someone special. I say this because here in my community only certain people are
rewarded and treasured highly above others. It depends who you are and what you have. So to the ones who have nothing to offer have to work twice

The person I am shaped as today mentally is based off of what I have learned and the experiences I have faced. A person that has dedication, work
ethic, and determination. That's who I am today and I will use my characteristics to help succeed in my education. I am the person I am today because

In the end, the environment where I was raised shaped me to become an independent young lady. I will use my knowledge which I have gained to

A group of us candidates were all in perfect formation. For me, it felt like my fate was in the hands of those who were judging me. We stood in the
humid musty gymnasium, our parents, our siblings, our friends watching, hoping for the best. Other than the few murmurs overheard from the back
room, the building was silent: nobody dared to break it. I remember reflecting back on all of my hours training in the studio with red and blue foam

Parenting group started two weeks ago, with ten members. The parenting group is taking place in a classroom. When the members arrived to the
classroom the counselor had arranged the chairs in a circle in the middle of the classroom. When the members arrive they took a seat and waited for
the rest of the members. Members that are part of the parenting group are Dee, Oziel, Nela, Kathy, Roger, Ozzy, Felix, Susi, Vicente and Miriam. Two
of the members are couples that are having a hard time with a parenting style because they come from different culture and they have different beliefs

This weeks' review is all about revisions, both large scale and small scale revisions to help us complete our final essay, the home stretch in this
