ASSISTANT DIRECTOR PLANT OPERATIONS
An experienced Assistant Director of Plant Operations with a proven track record for spearheading the daily
schedule and activities of this 443 bed 800,000 square foot hospital located on 14 acres along with several off
campus facilities. Possess the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of the facility both inside and outside
processing on average 300 requests per week with patient care being a priority. Organized and driven to complete
patient and administration work orders in a timely and proficient manner. Demonstrated ability to monitor and
correct HVAC systems, respond to plumbing and electrical issues, and secure the necessary outside contractor,
while keeping management abreast of any critical updates.
 Manage critical assets; such as emergency power generation, cooling equipment, steam generation plants,
and personnel in direct support of the hospital infrastructure.
 Execute the completion of the annual operating budget for the department including capital expenditures.
In-depth knowledge of facilities managements regarding mechanical operations, fire safety systems,
emergency maintenance and system repairs, critical timing and preventive maintenance.
 Performs effectively with personnel, vendors and clientele and has achieved 3 successful Joint Commission
Surveys consecutively having ensured the facility’s readiness 24/7, 365 days a year in accordance with the
EOC (Environment of Care) guidelines.

NDE EXAMINER LEAD
Certified ASNT Level III in VT, PT, and MT developing procedures, special application techniques, training and testing
of personnel for certification. Certified ASNT-TC-1A level II in UT with PDI piping welds and bolting, RT with
computed/digital, LT with Helium Mass Spectrometer, ET, and CT. Effectively coordinate NDE resources during
refueling outages and modification projects. Perform supervisory functions on a daily basis and special projects. Develop
