Senior Engineer Specialist
Independently conducted long-range technical studies and reported findings. Initiated studies designed to
solve new technical problems and provide new technical solutions within areas of expertise. Scoped
requirements for and initiated acquisition of technical support from appropriate corporate resources and
oversight of contractor’s development activities and documentation.

Senior Project Engineer
Project team member on the Rapid Attack Identification Detection Reporting System (RAIDRS) and
Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) programs. Primary responsibilities included the selection and
preparation to secure RAIDRS Sites around the world and Internal/External Interfaces and oversight
responsibilities for the MUOS project. As a member of the Site Survey Team, responsibilities included
preparing Air Force Beddown Packets that were forwarded to the Air Force Command Office for
signatures to secure the acquisition of the sites, logistics and security. Participated in PDR/CDR/IBR,
radome designs, construction designs, contractor’s proposals and other system design reviews. Acted as
the government point-of-contact (POC) for witnessing system testing to verify successful passing of
system requirements and documentation.
• Increased productivity 40% by redesigning system verification processes.

Managed the integration and testing of a communication satellite ground-training simulator. Responsible
for all integration and testing documentation, created and presented the Preliminary and Critical Design
Reviews, Master Test Schedule, Test Readiness Review (TDR), System Test Report and a active
stakeholder in the Configuration Control Board (CCB). Managed the scheduling of the testing and the
retesting to resolving software defects.

Supported the development of the International Space Station Operational software. Developed automatic
test scripts used to conduct functional testing ion flight hardware in a simulated environment at Johnson
and Kennedy Space Centers.
• Verified operational functionality of the solar panel and thermal rotary joints.
• Received a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Award for troubleshooting a
technical problem one of the astronauts was having in the completing a critical test in orbit. The

possibly training another astronaut to perform the test.
